Training services are described for informational purposes on this marketing site; binding agreements for paid cohorts are issued separately. You must be at least 18 years old or have organizational authorization to engage on behalf of your employer.
Permitted use
You may browse, download informational PDFs where offered, and submit good-faith inquiries through our forms. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape at rates that degrade service, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Intellectual property
All site content, including curriculum descriptions, diagrams, and branding, is owned by Development ByteCloud or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to view content for internal evaluation. No classroom materials are licensed through this site without a signed order form.
Informational pricing
Prices shown are informational and may change before enrollment. No checkout occurs on this site. Final pricing, taxes, and invoicing terms appear in your order documentation.

Materials discuss measurement models and operational judgment; they are not advice about regulated industries beyond general education. You remain responsible for decisions made using your internal data and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Development ByteCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Direct damages are limited to JPY 10,000 for free informational browsing unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or legal obligation. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (IP, limitations, governing law) remain in effect.
