Use physical or digital cards to depersonalize disagreements. When someone challenges a weight, ask which observable behavior would change their mind. If none exists, park the debate and log it as a values difference, not a data fight.

End with a decision log, not a slide of harmony. Decision logs age better than workshop photos.
